Oh... I suppose...

  • Mood: Sweepy
  • Music: James Taylor's Greatest Hits

... that I should finally update my journal.  Not much happened really.  Went to beach, missing my girlfriend, voted for the US pres.  That's about it.

Nothing too special really.

Boracay was great.  The beach was beautiful.  However, I must advise all those going to bring a person along that can enjoy it with you.  For me it was a heavily drinking... but serious... Japanese MAN.  While I do have a thing for japanese, I wasn't feeling inclined to sitting and watching the sunset with Hide.  Well... actually, we did see the sunset together, but we were standing like 10 feet apart and waiting for a chick to finish whatever it was that chicks do.

I was lucky enough to come away without any skin burns or diseases or any kind of general mood killing sicknesses.  Heh, everyone else got sick.  Maybe cause I wasn't necking with someone.

AnyHOO!  I'm afraid for this year's US presidential election.  It seems the general trend is that Bush is gonna win again.  I just don't understand why people cannot use common sense.  Bush and his administration simply lacks this valuable trait.

Logic... A shit load of explosives disappear, Kerry says this proves a lack of preparation from Bush and should not have gone into Iraq, especially since there are no Weapons of Mass Destruction.  Bush's people counter: If there are no WMD in Iraq, then what was that 340 tons of explosives?  My thought: WMD = nukes, chemicals, gases, etc.  Therefore, explosives are not WMD.  Furthermore, if they ARE wmd, then why would the soldiers pass by them without securing them?  Was that not the priority and the main objective of going into Iraq?  I guess not.

In conclusion, if you have or value intelligence then don't vote for Bush.  Vote for anybody else, I don't really care.  As long it's not that fool.

One final note... HOBBITS were discovered in Indonesia.  Remains of 1 meter tall (about 3 ft.) humans were discovered.  I'm sure religious conservatives will be calling it the work of Satan.  Whatever... I just think it's cool.  Yeah.

Sweet dreams...

There's not much to say, because Maddox just says it all.  Game programmers these days need to take a step back and play some of the oldies.  That way they can remember what the concept of fun is.  No more FMV for god's sake!

The rest of Maddox's site is hilarious.  Just a word of caution:  If you are sensitive and care too much about what people think then don't go to the site.

School semester is almost over and I'm still feeling a little lost.

To top it off... I'm still feeling sick.
